When the personal folder is not created immediately

Q. I logged in as a new user, but I can't see my personal folder. Why is that?​

A.
The personal folder is automatically created when a new user is registered,
Usually created within 1-2 minutes after registration.

However,If the system schedule is already running,

It can be created after the following schedule ends.

**A.** You can quickly solve the problem using one of the following two methods.

  1. Save after changing the storage permissions of the individual vault.
    • If you modify and save the members of the corresponding personal vault's storage permissions,
      The folder creation schedule task for the personal folder in the system will be reactivated.
  2. Wait when created together with other users
    • For example, when user 1 is added and the personal vault has not yet been created.
      When user 2 is newly added, the schedule will be executed again and completed.,
      There are cases where the personal spaces of User 1 and User 2 are created together.
